What the &^%*&#$ was SHE thinking?

[REPORTING FOR NEWS TEAM ONE: Southwestern Region]

A San Antonio, Texas woman has learned the American value of her son’s reproductive organs. Two years in prison and restrictions on her visitations afterward.

Jennifer Vargas, a 34-year old who lived on base at Fort Sam Houston, was arrested and charged with causing serious bodily injury to her six-year old son after grabbing ahold of his scrotum and squeezing the crap of them.

When she realized the damage she had done, instead of seeking medical attention for the child, she put alcohol on them and super-glued the wound in order to stop the bleeding. Afterward, she stuffed his underwear with paper towels and told him to go to bed.

It was only when the father of the little boy came home and heard his son whimpering that the wound was discovered. His father took him to a military hospital, where he required surgery to repair the damage.

The child is in the protective custody of his father and the mother will not get to see him until he is around eight, and even then only under five years of supervised visits.

In other words, it’s pretty obvious that he’ll remember what his mother did by the time he’s 13, as a matter of fact, he’ll likely never forget it. Sounds like it’s going to take some serious counseling for him to be able to trust his mother again, but he’s young.

A deeper question: How is this going to affect his future relationships with women?

And what the hayell made her go for the “gusto” instead of a regular old-school spanking, if he needed to be disciplined THAT badly?

Her words: “ “I would like to say that I regret my actions, that I do love my children with all my heart.” You mean she’s got more than one child? Hope the rest aren’t boys, too. Good grief, “Bobbitt.”

Here’s one for the guys…what would you be thinking right now if your mother, or any woman for that matter, did something like that TO YOU?
