Michael Jackson’s Security Team Pens “Remember the Time”

Okay, so word out now is that Michael Jackson’s security team, Bill Whitfield and Javon Beard, who was once a poverty-stricken cousin living in the hard streets of south Central Los Angeles, have released a timely book about their 2 1/2 year experience working as Jackson’s security team.

On June 25, we will mark the fifth year since we got the news from the underbrush crawlers at TMZ that Michael was dead.

The final determination is that his attending and highly-overpaid physician, Conrad Murray, the last man to see him alive, was complicit in the cause of his death. He was sentenced to four years in prison for “involuntary manslaughter” for administering a lethal dose of the only thing that could help Michael to sleep — an anesthetic called propofol.

We all know the story.

June 25, 2009 had to be one of the most painful moments in music history and in the history of every fan of Michael Jackson’s throughout his 40+ year history of being the single greatest recording artist in the world.

But Michael’s fans are fiercely fiercely protective of his memory and it isn’t surprising that the reaction over the globalsphere is a negative one. Sight unseen, quite a few folks aren’t liking that idea that the fifth anniversary of Michael’s death is bringing out the opportunists who want to “cash in” on a man who some seem to think was a walking ATM machine, even in death.

In the end, we already know what the voyeurs who typically don’t read anything are looking for: Word from the bodyguards about whether or not Jackson really was the pedophile he was accused of being.

Those who accused him, or at least believe he was guilty of it, will likely skip through every other “yadda yadda” detail about Michael to get to the “really juicy stuff” that they enjoy ogling the most.

Surely, the book will turn out to be a bottom feeder’s harvest wagon for those who are just now finding out about Michael what his deepest and most dear fans have always known.

NOT GUILTY.
