Remember when women were just stewardess? When we only had the privilege of serving others…Well we are far beyond those days, Ethiopian Airlines just made history!

They have had their first all-female operated flight. The women took care of business, from ticket collection to crew members to traffic control operation. Ethiopian Airlines is making strides toward empowering women in the workplace by showing women around the world that all things are possible.

This is truly a wonderful way to make a push for equality. Despite the fact that we want to pretend like men and women are create equally, we all know the truth. Strides are being made all around the world even here in the U.S. According to fortune, there are 25 female CEOs in the fortune 500 when 20 years ago there were none.

Making history and changing the status quo is vital. Ethiopian Airlines made a huge statement, hopefully this will help more women believe in there capability to do all things.
