When I was younger, I remember I used to say that sooner or later, the taking of white privileges for granted was going to backfire on them.
It had to.
The world is not cyclical for no reason, and it is not round without a certain BOOMERANG EFFECT that has to hit an invisible curve and come slinging back around full circle at its originating point: THWAP! THWOP! Right in the head.
Folks who tell common and mostly ginormous lies about their white prevalence in the world soon find that the truth tells on itself, with or without anyone’s help or assistance.
White people often assumed that they were hurting Black people by messing with their chances of being credit-worthy and they then turned creditworthiness into a race-based calculation in order to “cut us out” of financial futures. Problem with that is … when Black people can’t get credit, they OWN more because they have to pay cash for everything.
I’d put the Black man’s 0 cash bet against a white man with million worth of debt any day.
It may LOOK like the white guy has more, but what he’s got is $2 million IN NEGATIVE DEBT and the Black man has $200 in POSITIVE cash, spendable at-will with no contractual obligation attached to it. That Black man owns everything in his house, that white man is IN DEBT for everything in his.
They took for granted that they didn’t need to have a true worthwhile education and they lie about their credentials – a lot. Why not? They have just so many families and friends and connections and networks who are going to give them a “race pass.” Donald Trump and George Bush are but two of hundreds of examples to look at.
However, because the majority of Black folks do not have those advantages due to a recurring racist history, they are often required to be three or four times MORE educated and three or four times more “qualified” for a job. Sooner or later, forcing Black people to be better and smarter lest they be ruled out doesn’t hurt anybody BUT white people, especially when they go other places where their white skin doesn’t count with the natives when it’s time to get stuff done.
Sooner or later the day comes when they will be required to know things about Black people that they don’t have a clue about.
Black people, on the other hand, are FORCED to not only know everything about white people, but everything there is no know about themselves and the rest of the world around them in order to jump through higher hurdles and more deeply embedded obstacles that the white and sincerely privileged often take for granted. And they don’t have a CLUE that their own racism put them on the bottom of the totem pole when they thought they were on top.
Now that Donald Trump is on the cutting edge of turning the United States of America into the United States of Russia, starring himself as a part-time President too busy with his private business enterprises to handle the government job that he said he wanted so badly–it appears that the white and privileged, and their poverty-stricken constituents, who elected him don’t know jack squat about Russia’s history or heritage, and they don’t have a clue why Communism is a much better “new deal” than Fascism, hands down. We do not have a true democracy in the United States; but as God is witness, trust me … you’d much rather live under communism than Trump’s Hitleresque fascism, druthers included.
They better crack a REAL book quickly.
A lot of them that were printed BEFORE the advent of the Internet, which allowed overnight paint-overs and where only a fool who didn’t like his job much did not do PROPER scientific and historical research. And read some magazines that did NOT originate in the fade-to-white United States of Whatever. And find some history channels from other countries that tend to want to discover truth in facts and not just white-washed phantasmagorical truth.
Before the end of January, too, because their new White Russian ruler, Vladmir Putin, is about to give them exactly what they are asking for.
Truth told, most of them don’t even know what it is they are asking for — mainly because they don’t have enough of an education about Russia and its history and people and cultures to make an educated decision about it. As long as they think Putin is a “good ‘ol white nationalist race boy” from Hitler’s regime, they are down with anything he dishes whether it makes sense or not. It will hurt them, and in ways they haven’t even dreamed up yet.
They are so busy listening to FOX BS Fake News that they don’t know there are actually BLACK PEOPLE who live and work in Russia and have always been there. They also seem entirely unaware that European racism is not just a NORTH AMERICAN construct, it is worldwide.
At least they told me they didn’t have a clue. I mentioned something on Facebook about ‘racism in Russia’ and I got, in return, several emails from the disgruntled guess who? demagogues telling me that I didn’t know what I was talking about because there is no such thing as a Black Russian.

You mean you and all of your great ol’ US of A eduMAcation never informed you that Russia is nothing more than a toss-off country that was founded by BLACK MONGOLIANS who abandoned the land ages ago because it was too hard to survive there? It was extremely cold and the waters were mostly not navigable by any means they had available at the time, but at least they had the wherewithal to get there and decide not to stay.
Oh honey … when them white folks from Europe GOT to Russia and invaded it, seeking shelter and food and stealing what was not theirs as they had done all over the middle and far east and the continent of Africa…they weren’t the first white people on Earth to discover that there were already Black folks living there before they arrived.
They like/LOVE telling stories about how they “discovered” something that was already in place, and found these “dark skinned people who came from out of nowhere who did not appear to have any roots or origins that are traceable” when they arrived; but THEM PEOPLE DIDN’T COME FROM OUT OF NOWHERE IN THE FIRST PLACE. They don’t have a traceable history because they were there LONG before your Greek gods and Roman myths became commonplace as a worldwide authority less than 12,000 years ago — like nearly a quarter of a MILLION years before.
Black people are an OLDER and more ancient people on Earth; and not all of them were uncivilized just because they didn’t speak English or know anything about YOUR white rules or customs, most of which you got from Black people in the first place. Arabic numbers, Hebrew alphabets, even codification of ancient laws and rules of law that ORIGINATED IN THE FAR EAST, MESOPOTAMIA, and ASIA MINOR – GREECE before there was a Rome. Race-mixing came out of origins in Greece and Mesopotamia, and ancient Greek civilizations were the first truly “mixed race” people on Earth. They were never EVER a pure white people, ever. That much is well-known and proven.
Your ancestors, white people, kidnapped and captured Kings and Queens and Tribal Leaders in the northern and southern kingdoms of the East, Far East, and in northern and southern and western Africa-right along with those “monkeys swinging in a jungle” in various African nations and lands, so they had to have known that sooner or later, they would be found out for the frauds they are. The excuse “all niggers look alike to us” wasn’t going to last forever, because it couldn’t.
You can live the “we discovered what was already there ‘copy cut and paste’ ” life of white conquests and pretend like nothing existed before your white ancestors all you want to, but every bit and ounce of scientific DNA, genetic and geographical evidence and experimentation ever done has always wrapped its way and pointed its boney finger right back around to a very Black-@$$ AFRICAN CONTINENT and the Middle and Far East. There is no part of white privilege, nor will there ever be, that is going to negate those facts.
It’s the way the world was made, or created, take your pick.

Yes! Alexander Pushkin put the Russian language together, gave the area prose and poetry, he had a library built in the Russian Square. Gave the area education! There was a statue of Alexander Pushkin in the Square and when you mention him to white americans who have been to Russia the seem to get very irritated and want to know how u know about Alexander Pushkin bcz we don’ t mention him in World History classes.
