I programmed my television to National Geographic this morning. I was very interested in their topic, The History of Food.

Before I started multi- tasking they had most of my attention, then they dropped the bomb.

When they started talking about the history of food they showed white cave men.

Okay, I was still cool with them. They showed how the white people were hunters and gatherers and their progression to planting food. Then they showed an Africa female stooped down stirring a pot on the barren ground with several children around her.

I know I started to see red, I was just that angry.

As they continued to show the progression of white people, according to their narrow and limited view, making one discovery after another, they again showed Africans, as laborers building the pyramids.

The oligarchs and plutocrats want to keep African Americans in a state of hyper-vigilance.

They know that living in a state of constant anger and frustration causes an uptick in the number of people with physical and mental problems. They use all methods to keep us involved in their systems.

Prior to watching the program I meditated because I needed to be in an alpha state of mind.

Meditating helped me to research the show and how to contact them. I wrote a scathing review, left a message in their voicemail and went on their Facebook page.

These racists use every medium to attack the psyches of African Americans, so we always have to respond.

We have to respond for several reasons:

*To feel empowered

*To let them know that we are not going to tolerate their craziness without a fight.

Next, I will contact their largest sponsor and rationally share my disdain, which may be an oxymoron for me.
