How high is Will Smith net worth: Smith is a long enduring and loved star and his net worth certainly reflects that. From his days rapping and laying down family friendly anthems, to Fresh Prince TV show, to Men in Black and Independence Day, his amazing performance as Ali and of course the Bad Boys franchise (will will see a 3rd and 4th instalment coming).

You can’t not love this guy, his attitude is cocky but not hateful or too ignorant. He has some interesting kids and some interesting parental styles but it’s clear he has always given them a lot of love. He acts, raps, talks and talks and certainly is an all round celeb.

So, how much is Will Smith worth? What is the Net Worth of Will Smith?

It’s an estimated, huge, whopping, $250 million….. Yup, that’s one quarter of a billion!

But it wasn’t always this way. Will started off not being so money savvy!

In the second half of the 80s, Will had his first taste of fame with DJ Jazzy Jeff & The Fresh Prince rap duo. They produced family friendly fun rap songs and he lived it up big! By 1989 he was owing the IRS $2.8 million!

Basically he was in totally sh*t creak!

However, someone offered him a pilot for a show loosely based on his life…. In West Philadelphia born and raised! Yes, that’s where Will was born.

The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air took Smith to the mainstream. It helped promo his music too and Jazzy Jeff did well off the deal.

Smith paid off his taxes within three of the six seasons and set his sights on being the best actor in the world.

The movies started to come. His first was Where The Day Takes You, in 1991. It earned him around $50,000.

His big break came with a classic movie! Bad Boys came in 1995 earning him $2million. By the time Bad Boys II came in the first half of the 2000s he was earning an average of $20million per movie.

Fast forward to now, a bit of a break and Will is back in action. Suicide Squad reportedly earned him $30 million and with two new Bad Boys in the mix, a slew of other movies planned, his net worth isn’t likely to be shrinking anytime soon.
