There has been an environment of poverty surrounding our people for too long. We are wired to be welfare-minded. But I’m writing this because it isn’t anyone else’s fault but ours. We have allowed laziness to overshadow our industrial essence.

We have allowed this to happen to us and it is time for us to recognize it and change our mindset. In order to do that we have to change our environment. You can’t have upward movement in a negative environment.
We have allowed society to talk us out of our dreams, our ideas, our talents and our passion. You don’t need to hang around people that continue to tell you what you can’t do, don’t have, can’t get and won’t be. If you want to do something, be somebody and go somewhere… there is nothing stopping you. I know God did not design our destiny to be determined by what other people think and say. You need to love yourself enough to understand that your future in not in the hands of someone else’s decision.

Potential doesn’t impress me anymore. Your passion should turn your potential into progression. That doesn’t make me a mean person, I’m just serious. When you go to work, do you realize you are there to make your boss money? Do you know that they hired you to make there dreams come true?

I‘m sick of being tired and you ought to be sick of being tired. If you are unhappy at work, do your research and start your own business. You are the CEO and president of YOU. Own the corporation. Be responsible for your self. It is up to you to get where you want to go in life. Never stifle your creativity, never underestimate your gift and never run from your calling.
