This is beyond say. A remorseless white man has murdered a black teen in Charleston, West Virginia. The man and the teen bumped into each other and he said he called the kid a “piece of trash,”.

The 62 year old named William Pulliam was jailed for first degree murder after he shot 15 year old James Means.

Pulliam told investigators:

“The way I look at it, that’s another piece of trash off the street,”

The pair bumped into each other outside a dollar store, they exhcnaged words which I can assume means a small argument and nothing more. James headed to a friend’s porch nearby, Pulliam into the dollar store.

Pulliam then was said to have walked past them and started arguing again, James went over to confront him and Pulliam pulled a gun and shot him twice.

James arrived at hospital and was announced dead.

Pulliam said he did it because “because he felt threatened,”.

This boy has lost his life because of a small altercation. It’s disgusting.
