The Trump affect is truly taking over America. White Americans from many different classes are way too comfortable spewing racist rhetoric at people of color? What is more disturbing than the woman expressing how she truly feels about people of color is the fact that spectators say nothing, no one intervenes, no one tells her she’s wrong, no one tells her to shut the hell up, everybody just stands there. If you say nothing, if you do nothing, you are a part of the problem. She’s comfortable saying what she’s saying because none of the bystanders had enough balls to intervene.

This behavior will continue until people who claim they are not racists stand up and speak up. At the end of the day the spectators are just as guilty and just as wrong as the woman spewing the racist rhetoric.
