When is this going to stop! 19-year-old Tatyana Hargrove stopped for a sip of water on a hot day. When she turned around 3 cop cars were on her, one cop had a gun drawn and she was attacked. They even set a k9 on her leg and she sustained pretty brutal injuries. All for no reason.

What did you do wrong? Apparently, she was mistaken for a bald male suspect with a goatee, much taller than her.
