We all watched the video last week as a heavy tattooed cop beat the living crap out an unarmed man in Vallejo, California (if not, watch the video here). It was a disgusting abuse of police power. The man being beaten, Dejuan Hall, had submitted, he was already putting his arms up!

He was arrested on Friday at around 3:13 p.m. near a Valero gas station at 1610 Fairground Drive and has now spoken out for the first time, from jail!

He says he did absolutely nothing wrong, he was just trying to buy a bus ticket….. Watch the report below:
