When the racist English Defence League (EDL) tried to hold a march in the UK city of Liverpool, hoping to capitalize off of the fear following the Manchester terrorist attack, the city mayor flanked by locals and anti-fascist protesters decided NOT IN LIVERPOOL!

Also, nearly 200 officers and 25 riot vans, mounted police on horses and officers with dogs were present as the EDL Fascists tried to march.

Protesters sat on the ground and the EDL were forced back to the train station.

Protestors chanted “Nazi scum off our streets” and “Get out of Liverpool”.

As they pushed the EDL back to the station comedy music from Benny Hill played over the loud speakers and the racists were told loud and clear that they are not welcome.
