UIMD: Shackled for Comfort

UI Meme of the Day, a daily series…

This isn’t the first time it’s happened.

“White guilt” trying to appease itself of any serious wrongdoing or damage by the effort to whitewash history and make it appear to be something other than what it was.

Whitewashing Black History

The effort to whitewash Black history…

They did it with Africa’s history – turning Black Egyptian and Hebrew /Nubian /Cushite /Canaanite, et al queens and queens and leaders like Moses, Nefertiri, Tut, Sheba, Esther, Solomon, Joshua, Caleb and the many other Black men and women of the Bible and other Black history books into white eurocentric people through their medias and movies and television shows.

The whitenized attempts to make slavery and the trans-Atlantic passage seem like they were doing us a favor is not only dubious, but outright nasty and filthy on the lowest level of human depravity.

“It was not as bad as those Blacks try to make it sound” is par for the course.

As if they ever had the stories of our ancestral history passed on to them by anything other THAN a racist.

Question is … Do you believe it? And will you let it go unanswered and unchallenged?
