So a video showing Obama (before he was pres) demanding ribs and pussy before has been circulating. The video is real, but….

Donald Trump’s supporters have done their dirty work again by defending their guy with absolute bullcrap and attacks on Obama. They circulated a video with claims that it was breaking news, etc etc blah blah blah.

This came as a rebuttal to the derogatory comments heard in a Donald Trump recording, where he said “I’m automatically attracted to beautiful women — I just start kissing them, it’s like a magnet,” and “I don’t even wait. And when you’re a star, they let you do it. You can do anything… Grab ’em by the pussy.”

Trump has cast this off as locker rome talk, WTF? Frankly, it’s disgusting.

And if Obama said the same, well that’s not good either, is it? However, it’s all about context.

Yes, Obama said that, and it’s on video (starting below at around 15:00). However, he was reading from his book, Dreams From My Father. A conversation about Malcom X, no less, and frankly, an entertaining and insightful part.

Obama reads:

One of the guys sitting nearby must have overheard us because he leaned over with a sagacious expression on his face.

“You guys talking about Malcolm? Malcolm tells it like it is. No doubt about it.”

“Yeah,” another guy said. “But I’ll tell you what. You won’t moving to no African jungle anytime soon. Or some goddamn desert somewhere sitting on a carpet. With a bunch of Arabs. No sir. You won’t stop me eating no ribs, either. Gotta have them ribs. And pussy too. Don’t Malcolm talk about no pussy. Now you know that ain’t gonna work.”

I noticed Ray laughing and looked at him sternly.

“What are you laughing at?” I said to him. “You never even read Malcolm. You don’t even know what he says.”

This isn’t about how good or bad Obama is, this is more about how bad Trump’s supporters are, and the lies they will goto to try and support a man who can’t possibly be supported without lies.

Obama deserves true attacks for the real issues and the real things his presidency has done wrong, but falsehoods just detract.
