Post Fact, Fake News, blah blah blah, it’s getting messy! And now Trump continues to cause more attacks at the news by blaming his ridiculous attempt to stoke the anti-muslim fire and made up Swedish terror attack by saying he heard about it on Fox news.

Trump was at a rally in Florida on Saturday, making himself feel better by surrounding himself with people who cheer him! His comment regarding Sweden was as follows:

‘You look at what’s happening in Germany, you look at what’s happening last night in Sweden… Sweden, who would believe this? Sweden. They took in large numbers. They’re having problems like they never thought possible. You look at what’s happening in Brussels, you look at what’s happening all over the world. Take a look at Nice, take a look at Paris.’

This appeared to say there was some kind of incident, and in line with the other places he mentioned, a terror attack! However it was bogus and Sweden reacted with bemusement and humor, trolling Trump and some government figures offering to explain things to him.

Of course, some Swedes were scared that they’d missed an attack or their media was keeping something under-wraps.

BUT of course, in a world where Trump is blaming the media for making things up, not fact checking and such things he carries on the same behavior and continues this BS….. And instead of stand up and take the blame for stoking a fire with his own fake news, he blames Fox, possibly his only remaining media ally asides from Breitbart (although likely not for long).

He took to Twitter to say:

My statement as to what’s happening in Sweden was in reference to a story that was broadcast on @FoxNews concerning immigrants & Sweden.
