Trump Looking To Step Up Fed Enforcement Against Marijuana Use In States

Obama’s administration made the decision to lay off states a little regarding their loosening marijuana laws despite the drug being illegal at a Fed level. However, Sean Spice has revealed that the Trump administration is seriously looking into actively enforcing the law in States where recreational use is now legal!

At a White House press briefing Spicer said that Trump sees “a big difference” between marijuana use for medical purposes and for recreational purposes.

“The president understands the pain and suffering that many people go through who are facing, especially terminal diseases, and the comfort that some of these drugs, including medical marijuana, can bring to them,” Spicer told reporters.

He continued to say that state’s allowance of marijuana for recreational purposes “ is something the Department of Justice, I think, will be further looking into.”
