Where is the line? When is it right to respond violently to racism and taunting? Surely we all have a limit?

The video below has some interesting moral questions. First, is it ok to attack someone who is just taunting you? Second is it ok if that person is a female? Was this boy right to respond the way he did.

She says “I’ve called you like 20 names already and you haven’t done sh*t” and he says “Say it again” then she makes it worse and says “Porch monkey”
