Marc Lemont Hill isn’t your typical black correspondent to white media. This guy actually tells it like it is and isn’t afraid to speak truth to white people…or in this case Don Lemon, who seems to be an advocate of white privilege.
In this clip, Lemon ask Hill a very powerful question. One that took me by a bit of surprise to hear it posed on national television and in the mainstream media…and it received an answer i’m sure they were not expecting otherwise may have not asked in the first place.
What’s the question?

“What can white Americans do better in this country dealing with this racial divide?”
Instead of your typical platitudes, warm and fuzzies and all around empty rhetoric many other black people would have spewed in front of the national white media. Hill rose to the occasion and delivered a poignant answer that I believe many in the black community would echo.
Hill started off by letting the white Americans and Lemon know that they must acknowledge their is a racial divide in this country. Despite how “intoxicating”, and I love the use of this word here, it is to pretend we live in a post racial world because there is a black President. We have not even almost began to deal with the racial issues in this country.

He quickly moves on to address that not being racist isn’t enough. That is great that they are not involved in direct racism, however, they are quietly benefiting by not doing anything to remove the system of privilege they benefit from and subjugates the black community.
Therefore if they want to really eradicate this issue, then they must ACT…not only during protest in places like Baltimore, but in their cities and communities as well.
From there, he dropped the hammer and flat out said it. If white people want to make change, then they must become “race traitors” and work against the very white privilege that they benefit from on a daily basis.
Sounds too good to be true, right? Well, it isn’t. Take a moment to soak in the glory that is known as Marc Lemont Hill.

Well, I see that Mr. Hill has found out who actually has the privilege and supremacy in this country. He can run his mouth all he wants about Whites with impunity, but cross the jews and, WHAMO, you fired nigga. Wake up Black people. Humanity has one common and deadly enemy.
There are only two types of people in this world: The ones you can trust and the ones you can’t. Unfortunately for us, as Black people, we don’t run into very many white people who can be trusted based on race alone. However, neither can we trust one another very often. Our “common enemy” is a crapshoot, especially where white supremacy is still in order on any given day. The only cure for snake bite is snake venom and Black people are incapable of making the cure. We have no loyalty based on skin color like white people do, so we will always be victims and slaves and never in control of these whites with blacker insides than any darker skin colored person on the planet. In a nation founded by villains and pirates who praise each other for their sins, all race labels are a bastard child that is used as an excuse to be and act an ass.
