WHAT THE ABSOLUTE F**K! This is so out of control. Christmas should only be ruined by a drunk aunt, the NYPD should have nothing to do with messing up the party. However, one family saw what it was to be on the abusive and vindictive end of police treatment as they were cuffed and their home searched for hours over the holiday.

The family say that the police searched the wrong house! The NYPD deny this however are yet to produce a warrant or say who they were searching for.

In Brooklyn, The Santiago family were at home with friends on Thursday eve, around 6.30. A knock at the door revealed itself as the police! The family complied with a search request and the police entered, cuffed everyone and started a search that lasted three hours.

Kimberly Santiago says that she saw one of the officers hanging around doing something with his phone, they thought he was texting or something.

However, this snapchat was later leaked:

A second image had the caption “Warrant sweeps Its still a party smh.”

Santiago went onto say

“The things that he wrote, it’s like, this what you all do?”

“If he did that picture, how many other families he’s done that to? And he was the only one standing there watching us. You’re letting the whole world know you’re a crooked cop and you don’t take your job serious.”

“I felt violated, embarrassed, everything in the book,’ she stated. ‘He doesn’t deserve to be a police officer. If he does that, what else is he doing on the low that nobody knows?”

The family called 911 after the officers left.

The officer has been put on unpaid leave pending further investigation.
