I’m sure by now you heard about the apparent Yahoo mistype, where they say that they accidentally typed an N instead of a B in a headline that was supposed to read “Trump Wants a Bigger Navy”… Well, yes, the mistype, if it was that, is kind of a funny mistake in many regards.

Black Twitter went to work on the mistake and made it a hashtag. However, maybe this wasn’t the right thing to do, maybe a joke or two here or there, but pushing forward ignorance, mocking sterotypes and more could be viewed in the wrong light.
