Mayor Says Baltimore Will ‘Look To’ Removing Confederate Monuments

If the days after New Orleans removed a statue of Confederate Gen. Robert E. Lee questions have been being asked in other cities that have many confederate monuments. One of those cities is Baltimore where Mayor Catherine Pugh has said:

“The city does want to remove these,” Mayor Catherine Pugh said in an interview with The Baltimore Sun. “We will take a closer look at how we go about following in the footsteps of New Orleans.”
