Adrian Gonzalez plays for the Los Angeles Dodgers, he also plays for the Mexican national team (although he was born in San Diego)! So, you can see why he may take issue with presidential candidate Donald Trump, with his plans for a big wall and anti-Mexican talk!

Earlier in the season most of Dodgers team stayed at Trump International Hotel and Tower when visiting Chicago for Games 1-2 of the National League Championship.

However, Gonzalez went it alone!

Gonzalez told the Southern California News Group. “I didn’t stay there,” and went onto say “I had my reasons.”

When asked more about it, he brushed it off saying they were there to play ball, not talk politics.

But, we think, the message was clear!
