JAY-Z Releases Footnotes For ‘The Story of O.J.’, Still Ni**a

When Jay-Z dropped ‘The Story of O.J.’ I was floored. I’m not a big fan of Jay-Z but this song and the accompanying video really reeled me in. A deep and true song with a masterful video stacked full of references.

In fact I have been trying to catch them all but it seems Jay-Z has pre-emted this and has released a footnotes video for his Tidal subscribers.

Below is the full video of the song (see how much you can spot) and the new footnote visual features JAY-Z, Will Smith, Kendrick Lamar, Chris Rock, Van Jones, Trevor Noah, Mahershala Ali, Michael B. Jordan and many others. They are all lending their voice to the project with videos exploring race relations in the USA.

Amazing work! Below the full OJ vid you can see a preview of the footnotes with Michael B. Jordan speaking.
