Today for the UI Member Spotlight we’d like to shine the light on Professor Carl Tone Jones.
In addition to be an integral part of the UI Black History Curriculum Development Team. Mr. Jones is also a Lecturer giving messages of power and knowledge to the community and to the children in school and universities.
He is also a radio show host with his show “On the Front Porch with Professor Carl Tone Joins” airing every Friday from 6pm-9pm EST on the Initiative Action Network.
Operating out of Philadelphia, PA, Mr. Jones started the Clean Up Crew which is a collection of kids in the neighborhood that pick up trash keeping the neighborhood looking nice, and a Saturday School for kids in his community.
