Fox News Fired Exec for making Racist Comments to Black Employees

Most black people would agree that Fox News reports bias information, some may even go as far as to say it’s run by some pretty racist people. So it may not be surprising that comptroller Judy Slater has been fired and is being sued by Fox employees for her racist behavior.

She reportedly asked a black employee if all three of her children had the same father.

While leaving work one evening, during the peak of the “hands up, don’t shoot” movement, while black employees were saying goodnight she put her hands in the air mimicking the movement.

Slater also called a black woman “sista” and openly complained about the way black people pronounced words. She even reportedly wrote down words like, “sister”, “mother”, and “father” and asked the black employees to say the words out loud.

“We take any complaint of this nature very seriously and took the appropriate action in investigating and firing Ms. Slater within two weeks of this being brought to our attention,” said a Fox News representative. “There is no place for abhorrent behavior like this at Fox News.”

Finding from the investigation led to Slater’s termination after 20 years at Fox News.
