Fabian Scott is a 28-year-old black entrepreneur and the creator of www.trafek.com, a website that showcases products from black owned businesses. There is an abundance of black entrepreneurs and Scott created a platform for us. This platform will help us use our trillion dollar buying power to create wealth and stability in our own communities, since we’ve already done it everyone else’s.

“When it is said that blacks work hard; it’s also said and known that we have to. We have been taught to accept the harsh truth and make better use of it. We have toughened ourselves and don’t expect special favors in workplaces or schools. We have learnt from collective experience, that sometimes our skin color is used by others to work against us, yet we remain resilient,” says Scott.

It is up to us to spread the word and utilize the convenience of the platform he created. “Trafek does not exist if the communities do not support it. I feel uplifted by the supporters, emails, and social media messages that I received on a daily basis,” Scott says.

Roland Martin wants told us on TV one news that, “The lifespan of a dollar and the Asian community is 28 day, and the Jewish community the lifespan of a dollar is 19 days and the lifespan in the African-American community is approximately six hours.” So let’s keep this mind this holiday season.
