A failed marriage need not mean the end of family ties. Ex-partners can still maintain good communication as they partner to raise their children. One New Jersey couple is in a mission to help in this area. Ken and his ex-wife Wanda Bass have created a new line of holiday cards for exes. The line dubbed “Xcards” offers exes cards that help them seek forgiveness from each other and facilitate in restoring their relationship after divorce.

Ken and Wanda were once married for 15 years before they divorced in 2002. After the divorce, they experienced difficulties trying to communicate effectively as they raised their two sons. With time, they were able to develop more effective communication. However, they realized that there was a void when it comes to greeting cards that exes can give each other on key holidays.

After a little research, they realized there were many people in their dilemma due to the increased number of children born of single parents and the high divorce rate in the USA. They assumed the trend was similar worldwide. Informed by this, the former couple joined hands and created a new line of cards specifically for this class of people.

Their greeting cards are meant to help couples maintain amicable relationships with each other, former in-laws and parents of their children if they remarry.
