A video interview at a DMX show has surfaced showing DMX passionately talking about giving back and why you do it. The passionate speech sounds like a preacher speaking, he says that “You Can’t Buy That Feeling”.

However, many comments on the video in various places see fans extremely worried at his gaunt appearance and gruff voice…. Maybe he was just drained from the show but after his near death experience last year and rumors of substance abuse many are worried he is dying.
