Ice Cube has changed his image over the past few decades, as any real man should. You shouldn’t be the same person in your 40s that you were as a teenager or your late 20s. Props to Cube, but that isn’t why we want to discuss him today.

Today, we want to shine a bright light on his ability to be a visionary, willing to take the entrepreneurial route, retain control of his brand and use those gifts to uplift his son…immediately. I know that was a lot to take in, but it is all inspired by a Facebook rant by Damian Tucker.

I don’t know Damian, but he hit the nail on the head with this one when it comes to the recently released movie “Straight Outta Compton”.

Most people will go see this movie and miss the whole damn revolution. Before we even get into the actual movie itself, I want you to first see how Ice Cube entrepreneurship allows him to basically turn his son into a instant success and movie star literally overnight because he owns his brand and he gifted his son the role.

Many of you would never had done that because you can’t let a punk ass two week check go… You always looking for the guarantee. There is no guarantee in entrepreneurship however there is one in corporate America and that’s to walk away after 40 years of giving your very best youthful years to a company that you don’t own…

Again I’m not saying having a job is the worst thing in the world… I’m saying having a job with no plan or no desire to ever have your own is a disgrace to your family’s legacy. In everything you do, u must fight for ownership.

Would you rent a house all your life?? Of course not!! So why do you rent your job?? Plan your work and WORK YOUR PLAN.. your family freedom papers are on the other side it.
