Baltimore now has an Democrat, Female African-American woman after Catherine Pugh was inaugurated on Tuesday.

The 66-year old focused on unity and wants to be a mayor for all. Her 10 minutes speech didn’t touch policy too much and instead focused on relationships with various “important” people around the city.

She has a big battle in a city that’s had 300 homicides for two years in a row, huge drug, crime and poverty problems and issues of police misconduct.

In her speed she said;
