Really??? These were words released in a statement on Tuesday by Betsy DeVos after Trump’s executive order was signed that effectively gives more money to HBCUs.

Let’s face it, this is more likely a move to try and sweeten and shut up those running these schools rather than solve real educational needs of black folks in America, and this is even more evident considering that DeVos clearly has no grasp of history, no understanding or is simply whitewashing the facts!

Black schools had to be created because the racist US of A would not let black people study, there was never choice!

Things are not getting better under this regime, that’s my two cents!
