Being an out of touch with the community, black republican like Carson is one thing. But assuming the way to connect with the black electorate is to produce rap a song is insulting and asinine.

When I came across Carson’s campaign ad (thanks to my nephew), I giggled because I thought it was a comedian making fun of Carson. I assumed there wouldn’t be any way in the world this man and his crack staff campaign team would come up with the idea to do a stereotypical rap song.

“You know, all the Ni**ers love that rap music”, right Ben?

He must have a room full of racist, old white men advising him.. This is the only way I could imagine he could arrive at the idea that a rap song as a campaign ad is a good idea.
