The only problem was David never met Westmoreland and had never been to Augusta but after finding David on her list of Facebook friends and seeing him posing with rappers draped in jewelry they just knew they had their man.

After spending 10 days in custody, the charges were dropped and Dun Deal was released from jail. The city of Augusta will be paying him $300,000 for holding him without just cause. The four men were found and plead guilty to the robbery and Westmoreland was charged for falsely accusing Dun Deal.
