Four cops from Boynton Beach cops in Florida surrendered themselves on Friday after a video showed that they had beat several people and allegedly lied to the FBI aboit it.

Federal documents state Sgt. Philip Antico and Officers Michael Brown, Justin Harris and Ronald Ryan rewrote their reports to justify using force on Byron Harris and Jeffrey Braswell following a 2014 high-speed car chase, the Sun Sentinel reports.
