Opening a record label doesn’t seem like the best business sense in this day and age BUT when Chaka Khan decides to do it you up and listen.

The new indie label is caled “iKhan Sounds” (name is a bit dated!) but she has done it largely for herself so she can have full control over her own music! We have to totally support that!

Khan is also set to release new song “I Love Myself” on June 16.

There is no news at present if she will sign other artists but we wish her the best of luck and would love for her to bring in some new talent.
