If you was in any doubt about “Alt-Right” mouth-piece Richard Spencer being a racist white supremacist then that doubt can no longer exist as he led a torch carrying mob to “protest” the removal of confederate monument of pro-slavery Civil War general Robert E.
Lee in Charlottesville, Virginia.
At the afternoon protest Spencer gave a speech proclaiming “What brings us together is that we are white, we are a people, we will not be replaced,” before leading an evening march to the statue which lasted about 10minutes before clashes with counter-protesters.
Police intervened and the mess was broken up.
