Ronald Gasser was arrested after shooting dead former Jets player Joe McKnight who was only 28 years old got into an altercation with Gasser and the road rage incident led to Gasser shooting him dead.

TMZ reported that Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Dept released Gasser “sometime overnight”.

Apparently, they had no further reason to hold him, despite the fact being there is no dispute that he shot McKnight.

Officials are saying that there were “questions about the circumstances surrounding what led up to it.

”

The investigation is open and charges can still be filed but essentially a man who killed someone is walking around out there!

Even if Joe is to blame and the man acted in self defence, shouldn’t he at least be held until they have a better notion of what happened?
