In Richmond VA a disabled black woman was harassed and profiled by white officers, they were issuing her a ticket and while this may or may not have been legally valid a bystander stood up for her in a powerful way.

He schools the officers about how they should be chosing to act, about discretion and community and why white officers are not going to be respected.

They smirk but every word hits home, every damn word is as right as it can be.
