I’m a bit in shock after learning about this guy, he is certainly no normal individual!
Basically this dude exercises twice a day (aerobics in the morning, resistance training in the evening) and eats just once per day for no longer than an hour!
He holds a bunch of world record for dead lifts, for his class and drug free.
He is vegan, he is about as zen as a man can be and seems to really know his stuff!
