TMZ and other news outlets our reporting this morning actor, singer and comedian Jamie Foxx pulled an accident victim from his burning car after skidding on the wet surface and overturning the vehicle near the actors home Monday evening.

The 48 year-old Mr, Foxx, born Eric Marlon Bishop reported hearing the crash and calling 911 before leaping into action.

Mr. Foxx is best known for his role as Jamie on the Jamie Fox Show, sultry hot hits like “Unpredictable” and the love and respect he has for his grandmother Esther Talley, who raised him.

The victim in the accident was transported to the hospital with reported major injuries including burns. No immediate report is available on Mr. Foxx’s condition.
