Chicago chef Quentin Love won a Food Network competition earlier this week. The Chef took home ,000 from “Guy’s Grocery Games Veterans Holiday Showdown.

“.

The vet who served in Operation Desert Storm runs Turkey Chop Gourmet Grill on the West Side of the city. On Monday afternoons he feeds the homeless as his restaurant becomes a soup kitchen in partnership with the Chicago Food Depository. They have fed over 50k people over the last two years!

So he has very generously donated half of his earnings to this project.

But guess what, the other half is also being donated! He is giving that to the United Service Organization, which helps military service members and their families.

This man deserves serious respect.
