After watching this video, I smiled as my spirit was filled with happiness.

I realize that with the right guidance, our children can be whatever we prepare them to be. Some will say that it is totally amazing that an eight year old can speak eight different languages and also play eight instruments. In other parts of the world, this may be totally normal. Well, regardless of what perspective you take, I’m going to say this is BEYOND OUTSTANDING!

It is refreshing to see a child that young to have a thirst for knowledge and wanting to challenge herself to be excellent. When watching this interview, you can tell that this kid will not settle for being average. She wants to do it all and I truly believe that she can. What I love most is that even when her mom didn’t have a way to make it happen, she still made it happen.

What am I referring to? I’m referring to making sure she put her daughter in every activity that she wanted to be in.

Her daughter asked to take college algebra, and she made it happen. Kudos to Mabou, we need more like her.
