WHITE (CHRISTIAN?) TERRORIST: Colorado Planned Parenthood Gunman

by | Nov 28, 2015 | News, Opinion | 0 comments

A terribly sad event unfolded last night when a gunman entered a Planned Parenthood building in Colorado Springs making it the second mass shooting for the town in a month.

The media was quick to report who the suspect was, 47 or 49 year-old Robert Lewis Dear, and it was clear that in the mainstream they were trying to be balanced and not jump to conclusions. To my knowledge they have not made any emphasis on his colour, possible religious leanings or motives in these early moments.

Dear allegedly entered the building with a long gun, he is said to have come prepared with devices (such as propane tanks) and in the end 3 people died (including a police officer), 9 people were injured, and many people traumatised in a 5 our stand off with police. Dear eventually gave himself up and is said to be communicating with police.

Let me say this clear, DEAR IS A TERRORIST! Despite his motives he caused fear and terror in the town. He may well turn out to be Christian as some non mainstream media is speculating, then surely he should be badged a WHITE CHRISTIAN TERRORIST too?

Had Dear been brown or foreign or had ever looked at a mosque the speculation in the mainstream would be rife by now. Dear would have been labelled a fundamental and a terrorist from the start and the speculative stories would have been able to fill a novel of short tales.

In this sad time the media whole heartedly shows it’s hypocrisy.

Our heart goes out to the victims and the town of Colorado Springs.
