A kid is supposed to be safe at school and although sometimes kids can get a bit rough with each other you should never expect the violence to come from the teachers or adults in authority.

However, recently we have seen cases of abuse from those who are supposed to protect the kids and this is a potential new case of that.

The 7-year-old was being led to the office for discipline however he never made it.

A teaching assistant who was escorting him claims he put the kid over his shoulder then there was blood.

Seeing as his jaw is broken, requiring surgery, and his face is smashed in this seems extremely unlikely!

The teaching assistant is under investigation.
