Dave Chappelle has been in a little controversy recent but that’s his job as a comedian. It seems pretty much whatever he says that at the end of the day he is on point.

He might be hard with his words, he may say things that make people edgy but read into the message, the point of what he is saying and you can see wisdom and intelligence behind it all.

So, him sincerely wishing Trump luck seems off BUT again, read into it, listen to every word and he has a good point.

Chappelle’s long awaited hosting of Saturday Night Live happened this weekend. We got to see some old Chappelle show characters pop up in a walking dead parody, got to see him and Chris Rock display the sentiments of every black person who talked to a white person after Trump’s election and of course he gave an on-point, funny and moving opening monologue.

He ended the monologue by saying

“I’m wishing Donald Trump luck, and I’m going to give him a chance. And we, the historically disenfranchised, demand that he give us one too.

“
