Brazil’s first gold medalist of the Rio 2016 games has had a rough ride, including a horrific onslaught of racism on social media after she crashed out of the London 2012 games. She was called “a monkey in a cage”! Now, wearing her well-deserved gold medal she has hit back at those fools and is showing the world she is a queen!
After the racism in 2012 she almost gave up, she fought depression but the Judo champion fought back hard and came to the games to claim her gold and slam down the racists that nearly broke her.
See her speaking below where she pronounces that “Now That Monkey Who Is Supposed To Be In A Cage.. Is Out Of The Cage”
GO GIRL! RESPECT!
