In the 1700s in Virginia they created something called the Casual Killing Act. The law was created to protect people (white people) that killed blacks, not the other way around. This law stated that you (white people) can beat blacks to death (kill them) if you (white people) are “correcting” them. Therefore when people (white people) murdered African Americans (negroes) their crime would not be considered a felony, well technically it wasn’t crime, they were simply correcting negroes. This is very reminiscent of the license to kill that has been awarded to the white men and women in blue. I specifically say the white men and women in blue because when a white officer choked Eric Gardner to death, even though it was ruled a homicide, he was not indicted. But his black counterpart has recently been indicted for not stopping him from murdering Eric Gardner. I hope you all see how this works.

He shouldn’t have been in that neighborhood, he shouldn’t have dressed that way, she should have just shut her mouth, so they deserved to be murdered and yet we still find it in our hearts to forgive. It’s about time for us to start talking about the true history of America and not the fabricated nonsense they put in the history books. I think it will be hard to change the mindset of people in a country that was built off of the murder, rape and theft of a people. Especially when they glorify it in history books and call the murders, rapist, and thieves heroes.

We live in a country that has admitted the truth about Columbus day, yet continues to call it a holiday. So essentially we’re celebrating the mass murder of a people. A country that refuses to change the name of a football team despite the fact that it’s a racial slur and very offensive to the culture. So we might as well be okay with them naming a sports’ team the New England Niggers. A country that changed the definition of the word nigger to mean a black person and the definition of the word bitch to mean a black woman.

This country was built off of hate and continues to thrive off of it. I recently wrote a blog about the Fifth Third bank paying out an $18 million settlement for charging African Americans and Latinos more interest on their auto loans, yet we don’t live in a racist society. We need to work together and support each other more, love each other unconditionally and help rebuild unity amongst each other because after 400+ years this country has proven that the life on a lion is more precious than the life of a black person.
