With all of the police brutality that has taken the lives of innocent black people, we rarely see a silver lining or anything positive that comes from these situations. These situation usually ends with death, riots, then acquittals of any wrongdoing.

But it looks like are black men have finally woke up and answered the call. That call being to protect our black women at all cost. Even when the police who have the law behind them are threatening to do harm. It’s like Brother El Shabazz said, “By any means necessary”. Watching this video and seeing our young brothers tell the police not to touch our women makes me proud. It lets me know that some progress, even if small, is being made. We are at the beginning faze of understanding that the war isn’t between us, but the war is against those who want to murder us.
