Yet another black man has died at the hands of police! 32 year-old Philandering Castille was shot by police while sitting in his car. He was shot four times and immediately his girlfriend started live streaming to facebook!

The video last for 10 minutes and shows a gun still pointed at the dying man as he sits slumped in his car. His daughter was also in the car.

His girlfriend says he was told to reach for his ID and the officer is heard saying he told him not to ok n the video.

To make it much worse his daughter was also in the car.

He worked in a school cafeteria, is described as an upstanding citizen and was carrying a gun but he was licensed to do so.

We HAVE to comment that this likely would not have happened to a white man! And this needs serious investigation. However it probably won’t.

For all its worth we can share the info and shout out loud about this. Try and force someone to take notice and do something.

Surely this just can’t keep going. I’m extremely sad.

The Grio reported that a vigil had started at the scene and

“people chanted, “We will stand our ground. We will not move,” as officers tried to clear the scene. Another crowd consisting of Castile’s friends and family gathered at the hospital to console each other and mourn the passing of their loved-one.”
