One thing is clear, the Panthers are fun, they are winning and they are Unapologetically Black!

The NFL is mostly black yet white men seem to place etiquette and certainly have power.

However the Carolina Panthers have been flying in the face of convention and not curbing their personality, specifically their blackness, something that is a huge part of the team.

Cam Newton is under constant fire for who he is and he knows that being black is a big reason a lot of people have a problem with him. But, you know what? He doesn’t give a damn and this attitude is reflected through the whole team.

Their coach Ron Rivera also happens only Latino coach in the league and he has a strong desire not to curb his players. In fact he actively encourages them to be themselves.

Clearly this approach works!
